Hello! We are from Beit Chinuch Ivrim and founded the Project Cafe’ Shaveh
What is this project and how did it come to be?
The project came from the need of the visually impaired and blind to know exactly what they are ordering at a restaurant.
When I go to a restaurant, I want to know exactly what it is that I’m ordering. I want to know and understand by myself what to order so I can make a decision on my own.
This project is an app that’s available for anyone to download. Scan the code that’s available at participating restaurants and you get to hear exactly what it is that you are looking at. That’s how I know how to order food on my own.
Here are three reasons why you should support our project.
First, it is free of charge. All we are asking you to do is carry our QR code. Just share your menu with us, and we’ll do the rest.
Second, adaptation and pioneering. We ask that you give all courtesies to those who are visually impaired or blind.
Third, marketing and advertising. Kindly share the news about our project with all your friends and online. We worked hard on creating it and we really want to get it out there to as many people as possible.
